How Much Does It Cost?
We charge $250 for the entire experience—that’s a bargain, since you get to just show up & enjoy your child’s special day while we take care of everything! Payment is due within 7 days of booking your party; we accept cash, check payable to The Premier School of Dance, or any credit or debit card. There is a $50 cancellation fee should you change your mind; the balance would be refunded to you via studio check. If bad weather or some other calamity causes us to have to cancel your party, we can either reschedule or issue you a full refund.

What Do the Kids Wear?
Any comfy clothes that allow for full range of motion and that keep private body parts covered will work great! No need for special dance shoes—just socks will suffice. Long hair should be pulled back in a ponytail. If the kiddos want to dress up to match the party theme, that's a bonus, but not required.
What’s Included?
- Facility rental for 2 hours plus set up & clean up time
- 1 professional dance instructor & 1 assistant to host your party, serve your guests, set up & clean up
- Themed party for up to 12 kids: 4 options available--Princess Ballet, Broadway Musicals, Hip Hop Funk, and Tumbling Acrobats.
- Decorations--We will create a magical space to fit your theme!
- Paper products--Plates, napkins, cups, table coverings, plastic cutlery in your theme; cake serving utensils, lighter for candles, restroom & clean up supplies
- Set-up/Clean-up--We take care of everything!
- Dance class & routine--Warm-up & simple but fun dance routine that fits your theme. We take music requests but reserve the right to choose music we feel is appropriate for children. Princess Ballet routine will be ballet-based; Broadway routine will be jazz-based; Hip Hop routine will be hip hop-based.
- Games/crafts--age-appropriate, theme-related games & crafts
- Group photo--shared via email with all participating families who provide us their email addresses
- List of gifts & who gave them--You get to just enjoy the opening of them while we keep records for you!
- Goody Bag: Every partygoer goes home with a goody bag containing theme-related and info about the studio in case they would ever wish to make The Premier School of Dance their dance home!
What Do I Need to Provide?
- Invitations--We can accommodate up to 12 kids (birthday child + 11 guests). Adults are welcome to observe & enjoy whatever food you bring, but you will need to bring paper products for them.
- Food--You are welcome to bring snacks, pizza, etc. but please let us know in advance if you plan to do so, so we can include time for the kids to eat it & have extra paper products to accommodate it!
- Beverages--Our facility does not have a refrigerator so you will need to bring your own cooler with drinks.
- Cake--Please bring your own! We can cut and serve it though.
- Candles--We can light them, but you must bring them
- Liability waivers--For insurance purposes we require all studio guests to sign a waiver before participating in dance activities here. We will provide the waivers both by email and hard copies at the studio, & it’s up to you to ensure that one gets signed by a parent/legal guardian for each of your partygoers.
